In this short interview with Nikolay, our new Daily Operations Manager, Nikolay explains a bit about his background, his new role and what attracted him to ThinkShield.

Whilst working as part of the team here, Nikolay is completing his Masters Degree from the University of London in Human Resources Development and Consultancy.

He explains how his role as Daily Operations Manager will result in him managing the team on a daily basis; working with our clients in the NHS, identifying their requirements and delivering our mobile, portal, support and integration services into the healthcare market.

Nikolay sees ThinkShield as an innovative company, one where every member of the team is listened too and everyone's opinion counts.

He also talks about ThinkShield's plans to build a development company in Bulgaria, which will support U.K. operations and deliver new services and applications into the U.K. healthcare market place.
