ThinkShield and 6PM in partnership providing reliable clinical information

We're really excited to be working with 6PM and to be presenting together at e-Health Insider Live '09 on the 9th and 10th of November in Birmingham.

We both understand the importance of providing reliable tools for the management and distribution of clinical information. 

At the ICC Birmingham we'll show you how in partnership, we can enable clinicians to identify, gather and rationalise important data from disparate sources and deliver it in a secure and efficient format to hand held mobile appliances.

A bit about ThinkShield

At ThinkShield we provide four key services aimed predominantly at the Healthcare sector :

Integration : We are a U.K based Sun JCAPS 6.0 integration service provider. We have experience in database integration, CRS implementation, HL7, data warehousing and project management. We've provided a number of solutions for the NHS.

Virtualisation : We are a certified Sun Virtual Desktop deployment partner and deliver and install Virtual Desktop and Ultra Thin Client solutions to our customers. We've a range of specialist skills that help provide our customers with the best advice in selecting and determining the optimum solution that works for their environment.

Application Support : We have a wealth of experience in providing System Administration support for a number of key clinical applications within the NHS. Our staff are all CRB checked for handling sensitive data and we work with you to provide best cover service either temporary – filling in for when staff are away or on leave - or long term managed support depending on requirements.

Portal Services : Here at ThinkShield we understand the importance of having access to all applications and systems through one useful easily accessible and customisable tool no matter where you are, which is why we've created ThinkPortal. ThinkPortal provides healthcare professionals with access to their systems and applications whenever and where ever they need them.
