The third video in the series concentrates on how Thinkshield people feel about going the extra mile to support their clients. The question; "Why is it important to give people time when working in the NHS?" was posed to the team. In this video you willl hear what some of the ThinkShield employees have to say on the subject. Joshua talks about the how clinicians want to achieve the best they can for the patients and therefore as a consultant he has to buy-in to what the clinicians need from any outside company offering IT services.
Matthew explains that you have to have a flexible approach to your working day, you do need to work outside normal office hours, in order to provide the best support to meet the needs of the client. To close the video off, Francisco makes the point that you must spend time listening to your customers, so that the products and services the company provides meet the needs of the customer.
