Application Support

The team here at ThinkShield have many years experience of working within the Healthcare sector and providing application support to local NHS Trusts and hospitals.

As a result, our understanding of both Healthcare and Patient Pathways as well as experience with a number of critical Clinical systems has grown and we are now well placed to provide an additional service that of System Admin/Application Support.

Either for short or long term coverage, ThinkShield can provide the right resources, all CRB checked, to fit the need who are capable, reliable and experienced requiring minimum transition times in order to minimise impact to existing services and SLA's. Resources who are familiar with NHS guidelines, capable of meeting clinicians and understanding their requirements and fitting into existing teams, rapidly adapting to the environment and applications being able to manage multi-tasking roles.

For longer term larger managed service requirements, ThinkShield have partnered with a prestigious bluechip organisation that is already working in many areas of local government and NHS delivering a variety of services, that includes payroll and pension plans in line with public sector initiatives.
